Just wanted to share the awesome cover my good friend Alex did for 'The Dead Dream Wakes'. It took a bit of back and forth to figure out exactly what we both wanted but in the end it came out fantastic.
Alex gets special props for finishing this cover while sitting in an Oakland cafe right before going out and joining the Occupy. 2 days after the cover was done was when Scott Olsen got hit in the head with that tear gas canister. Craziness.
For the time being I'm mostly using this blog to chronicle my efforts in getting the word out about my book. I've established all the usual internet presences. This blog, Facebook, Twitter (although I still don't know how to use it), etc... But I still feel lacking. I feel -- directionless. The one big bit of good news is the local paper has agreed to review my book if I can get them one of my manuscripts within a couple days. Just in time for Christmas. :) We'll see how that one pans out.
